Shipping:

Ground Shipping - $2.49 and up
Shipping time ranges from 2-5 business days depending on your location. This does NOT include order processing. Single bags of Confetti ship USPS first class for $2.49. Single Oils ship for $3.00. All other items ship for a flat rate based on the order total . Please see chart below (subject to change).

Free Shipping: Orders over $175 receive free ground shipping.

Returns Policy:

Most returns are eligible for a full product price refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Returns maybe subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. Daisy Giggles suggests a trackable method of return shipping. Daisy Giggles is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Personalized Items: Items that are not personalized may be returned up to 15 days after delivery. We only accept returns on unopened unused items in the original packaging with the original tags attached. Please submit a contact form for return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 7 days of receipt of your order. Daisy Giggles will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Daisy Giggles, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information Daisy Giggles received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. In the case of customer error Daisy Giggles will be happy to supply a "at-cost" reprint discount. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted.

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from Daisy Giggles that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, Daisy Giggles will exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim. Failure to provide an image may delay the claim process.

Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Daisy Giggles will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.

 

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments: Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Daisy Giggles will be assessed a 20% return fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the return fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the return fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Daisy Giggles error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Daisy Giggles will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.

 

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts the Returns department. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. Daisy Giggles reserves the right to deny any return.

 

Who:

Daisy-Giggles.com began in 2009 as a baby gifts site. In 2013 it was decided to recycle the site to a eco friendly items, gifts, favors, and paper goods site. Not that we do not like babies, we love babies. They are so cute. We just decided to persue a market that benefits everyone as well as the Earth we all share.

Bamboo is truly an amazing textile. Bamboo is actually a grass and unlike a tree when it is harvested it can quickly regrow in the same place. Combining this with the extremely fast growth cycle of bamboo, makes it a highly renewable eco friendly resource.
