Order Processing Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days. Please refer to item descriptions for an estimated order processing time. Please note that these are estimates only.

NOTE: Some of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in order to save our customers time and money. You may receive your orders in multiple shipments. If you need a rush order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.



Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Your order will be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS at our discretion. A shipping chart is located below. (We reserve the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $15.00 fee.

Canada: We can ship select products to Canada. For more information, please contact our customer service department with your postal code and the products that you are interested in purchasing. Daisy Giggles is not responsible for any brokerage fees a third party carrier may charge for importing a Canada order. Daisy Giggles is also not responsible for any import taxes or tariffs the Canadian government may charge. By purchasing from Daisy Giggles you assume responsibility for any third party fees that may be charged.

International Orders: At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of the United States and Canada. However, Daisy Giggles has partnered with Bongo International to provide our customers with overseas shipping options. To learn more please click here.



Unclaimed and Refused Shipments Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Daisy Giggles will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Daisy Days error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Daisy Giggles will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.

Expedited Shipping - $23.99 and up
Need your order sooner? For an additional $15.00, we can guarantee your order will be delivered within 3 business days once your order is ready to ship. This does not include order processing time. Please call us to see if we can get your order to you in time for your event.

Next Day Air: Please contact our customer service for a shipping quote. Due to the complexity of certain products in our store, our turnaround time may not meet your needs, so it is important that you contact us before placing your order. We will provide you with a realistic expectation. Thank you.



Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Kentucky (6%). This is due to the fact that our business is based in Lexington, Kentucky. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.



Special Charges
Chocolate and Candles - During the warmer months of May-September, we require expedited shipping for any orders that include chocolate or candle items to prevent melting during shipment. Please select "Expedited" during check-out. This adjustment will be made for you if you fail to select the appropriate shipping method and additional charges will apply.

Heavy Items - Some of the favors in our store are very heavy and will require additional shipping charges.

Return/Replacement Policy
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Daisy Giggles is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 10 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests by email to returns@daisy-giggles.com. Or you can submit our return form here. For detailed return instructions please see How to Return an Item. Items that are personalized may not be returned. Items postmarked after the event date will not be accepted for return.

You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.

Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 10 days of receipt of your order. Daisy Giggles will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Daisy Giggles, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information Daisy Giggles received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted.

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from www.daisy-giggles.com or Daisy Giggles affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, Daisy Giggles will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim.

Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Daisy Giggles will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.

Non-returnable:All items beginning with the product code "FD" may not be returned. All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, announcements, stationary, gift sets, shower favors and clothing.

Non-resalable: items such as food products, apparel, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable Cameras are not returnable. Return requests submitted after the event date will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after the event date will not be accepted as returned.

Unauthorized Returns:Items returned with out prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts the Returns department. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. Daisy Giggles reserves the right to deny any return.


How to Return an Item

To return an item, you must contact us at returns@daisy-giggles.com or submit our return form within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAC number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive from anywhere in the country.

Any packages sent to Daisy Giggles without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than ten (10) days after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable.



Cancellations, Changes or Modifications
Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.



Product Availability / Backorder?
If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on backorder, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately.



Discontinued Products

Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, a product occasionally may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund.



Chargeback and Returned Checks

In the event of an invalid chargeback the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the financial institutions involved including but not limited to a $25.00 dispute fee.

Order Limitations

Daisy Giggles reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Daisy Giggles reserves the right to refuse to process any order or to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.

Daisy Days makes every effort to keep our pricing accurate. However, in the event that a product is incorrectly priced out our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify customer of the correct pricing. They may then choose to place a new order at the correct price.
